Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Stopped for lunch, I ordered a barbacoa beef bowl with black beans, brown rice, corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese, quacamole, and lettuce. My nephew ordered a chicken bowl with chicken, black beans, brown rice, cheese and lettuce. Other than that we ate the exact same things the whole day. I started to feel discomfort around 10pm that night- by 3 am I was sicker than I'd ever been. It had to be one of the salsas, sour cream or guacamole. I have been sick for 2 days now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
