At 11:45 a.m. I ordered a chicken burrito w/brown rice and pinto beans. I ate half drove 5 min to Costco. Started vomiting in the bushes outside. Then bombed the bathroom. Headed for home(30 min drive). Threw up again on side of road and in a cup while driving. Sweating, chills, vomiting & diahrea.....all night.
