Thursday July 21st 2016 at 7pm I ordered a steak chipotle bowl from Pittsburg CA chipotle Mexican grill on century Blvd. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, salsa, corn, sour cream, lettuce and a bag of chips. After eating every bit of my bowl I arrived home at approximately 8:30pm. Around midnight I still felt very bloated and full from the meal followed by cramping, hot flashes fever type. I used the bathroom had a small bowel movement and went to bed. Few hours later the cranking in my stomach had woke me up rushing to bathroom to vomit and diarrhea simultaneously. Vomit, diarrhea, fever, dizzyness, nausea was all I experienced over and over until 8:00 when finally all I was vommitting was acid. All body fluids were lost, potassium was low from diarrhea non stop. This has caused me to miss out on work today! I am extremely disappointed in chipotle and furious I had to call in sick at work and risk my job. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Bloating
