Veggie Bowl Causes Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dubuque Iowa

I ate my usual (the veggie burrito bowl)- Brown rice, black beans, little sour cream, hot sauce, guacamole, pico de gallo, corn, and lettuce. I ate it for my lunch at dinner at 1:00pm and 6:00pm. My symptoms started showing up at 7:50am this morning. I threw up three times, had diarrhea almost immediately, and my stomach was hurting- along with my intestines. My symptoms lasted for about an hour and a half. I was definitely tired after that. I had no fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
