Around noon on 8/27, I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. I awoke with diarrhea and have had it all morning, 8/28. I’ve lost 2.3lbs by 9 am. The bits of it are still evident …The nausea began around 11am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
