Went this evening around 7:00pm. Had a steak bowl with white rice, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole, black beans, corn and green pepper sauce. Start experiencing strange symptoms pretty quickly. Sharp abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea that is black (have never experienced that in my life), and continuous vomiting. I've thrown up six times since it started. It's been violent too. I'm very feverish, clammy, and have the chills. I love Chipotle but this is terrible. I haven't eaten anything else today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
