i went around 4 or 5 pm i ordered a burrito bowl with steak , black bean , fresh tomato salsa , sour cream , cheese, guacamole, chips n queso. it took about 1 or 2 hours after i ate it started with a stomach ache n then it was my head it started hurting n i felt like throwing up so i went to the bathroom n threw up then about 20 minutes later i threw up again. after that 30 to 40 minutes later i had diarrhea n right after that i threw up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
