I had a chicken burrito bowl, no rice, black beans, guac, sour cream, cheese, mild, medium & corn salsa.I threw up from 8pm to 4am, projectile vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, severe sweating.
My friend had a steak burrito bowl, brown rice, queso, pinto beans, medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, guac and he had the same exact symptoms at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
