High Priority - Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed salt stored in a non food grade container, which was previously a chemical detergent container at dry storage area. **Warning**

High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw salmon skewers stored cooked gyros in standing reach in freezer. **Warning**

High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 10 or more rodent droppings under soda boxes and CO2 tanks in dry storage area located beside walk in freezer and shelves with condiments. Operator washed floors and removed rodent droppings from surrounding area. **Warning**
