- comments: observed the following cold tcs foods stored at improper temperature in reach-in cooler:liquid eggs 53. 8f, cheese 53. 4, coleslaw 52. 3f, turkey breast 49. 9f-51. 2f, yogurt 50. 2f, milk 48. 8f-50. 2f. Instructed manager to discard approximately $450 and 100lbs of product. All cold tcs food must maintain 41f or below during storage preparation, display and service. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed reach-in cooler not maintaining proper temperature 48. 9f instructed manager to repair and maintain cooler at 41f or below. Reach-in cooler is tagged held for inspection and must not be used until reinspected by chicago department of health. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed peeling paint on shelving units in pantry. Instructed manager to repair.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in rear staff washroom. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed damaged baseboards along walls in prep area, missing baseboards along wall in staff breakroom, stained ceiling tile in rear classroom. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.
