I went to McDonald's in Croydon shopping centre and brought myself 20 nuggets with 2 sweet chilli sauces. After I had finished eating I was perfectly fine until I got home about 2 hours later and my belly started cramping really bad. I felt the urge to throw up and all the McDonald's which I had previously eaten came out. I had vomited so much that I began to vomit acid from my stomach and this was on 23/04/16. It is now the 25/04/16 and I am still getting belly cramps quite violently. | Symptoms: Vomiting

Well 20 nuggets to yourself is a lot. Sounded like you ate too much
