Observed shrimp (46°F - Cold Holding); calamari (47°F - Cold Holding); Beef (46° F - Cold Holding); ribs (60°F - Cold Holding); shrimp (55°F - Cold Holding); dumplings (50°F - Cold Holding)for less than 4 hours as per operator, operator placed the food items inside the walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
