Report date: Jan 27, 202110. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found no handwashing sink located in front food preparation/dispensing area where fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, etc is held and boxed. Also found no handwashing sink near food preparation area where chicken is fried. A handwashing sink must be located to allow convenient use by employees in all food preparation, food dispensing, and dishwashing areas areas. Instructed manager to provide. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: found approx 80 mouse droppings in the following areas: under cashier/soda dispenser station along entire wall and in all corners (60) found approx 20 mouse dropping under racks in dry storage area. The premises must be maintained free from rodents. Instructed engineer to remove, clean, sanitize, and maintain said areas. Recommended contacting pest control. Priority foundation violation, 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: found all racks located in walk in cooler filled with an accumulation of mold like substance. Found ceiling of walk in cooler filled with dust and debris. Instructed to clean sanitize and maintain said areas.

- comments: found inside garbage receptacle overflowing. Must provide closed tight fitting garbage receptacles at all times.
