- comments: pic doesn't have a food managers certificate. Must provide and maintain. (priroity foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (pizza,salads,french fries,etc)must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

3. Management, food employee and conditional employee; knowledge, responsibilities and reporting
- comments: observed no signed employees health policies. Must provide and maintain. (priorty foundation 7-38-010)(citation issued)

9. No bare hand contact with rte food or a pre-approved alternative procedure properly allowed
- comments: observed bare hand contact by male food handler handling ready to eat foods such as cooked bacon and rubbing his hands across the top of cooked french fries while spreading cooked bacon on them. - comments: observed rear prep area hand sink not accessible. Observed 2- plastic spray bottles inside of sink basin as well as no running water the faucet underneath sink was shut off.
