I ordered a 3subs through doordash I had diarrhea and nausea within one hour of eating half a steak and cheese sub it was on multi grain foot long and had pickles onion green pepper olives a spinach and honey mustard. I also purchased from her 2 days ago at the drive-thru and had a foot long ham with provolone lettuce spinach and the same toppings above except I had mayo and cucumbers even though it was pickles that were ordered. I got sick the too same symptoms. I just thought it was stress and heat but today I am not as hot so I don't know what to think | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
