I got a Turkey sub on Italian cheese bread with provolone cheese, spinach, Onion, tomato, banana peppers, mayo and mustard, salt and peppered around 3pm Saturday stomach pain started around 8pm full blown diarrhea started the next morning and has been a constant through out the day Sunday. Never again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
