At 6:32 p.m. I ordered two vegetarian Mexican pizzas and added black beans, onions, and creamy jalapeno sauce. Along with that order I ordered one cheese quesadilla, two chicken quesadillas, and one spicy soft potato taco. Once I arrived home I gave the Mexican pizzas to the vegetarians only to discover once bitten that meet were in both Mexican pizzas. This causes food poisoning for a vegetarian that has been a vegetarian for over 20 years. I alerted the store and the first representative said that they were a manager, refused to give their name, and hung up the phone when I asked for my meals to be made over in total for compensation. Calling back I spoke to person who said that she was the AGM and when she said she could not help she called another person who she claimed to be the GM. After asking the next person for compensation for the discrepancy (by compensation I wanted the meal to be remade in total) The person who refused to give me their name and who claimed to be the GM at the beginning of the call said that she refused to give compensation. She said that it was against policy to give compensation and that she would only remake the food and inconvenience us to come back and get it. She was well aware that a vegetarian was food poisoned because I reported that to her, she was well aware of everything that was on my receipt because she pulled it up. She was also aware that my receipt was written correctly but that the meal was made incorrectly. After discussing with this supposed GM for approximately 20 minutes she revealed that she was not a GM but that she was just a manager. She continued to refuse to give her name, and she refused to call the GM and finally disconnected the call while I was yet speaking. The call is recorded and I do plan to sue. If someone from this establishment could get back in contact with me expeditiously that would be greatly appreciated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
