I had the beet tar tar served in a marrow bone. I’ve had it before (3 years ago) and I was fine. But I had it last night and instantly 3 hours later had violent diarrhea and all through the night. My stomach has been rumbling and gassy since. I know the exact food that caused the illness because 2 others were with me. I shared what they had but they didn’t eat what I had. The bone marrow tar tar is culprit of my illness and now I’ve got concerns for others who might get sick, too. I’m concern that they’ll continue to serve when that serving or batch is contaminated. violent diarrhea after 3 hours and all through the night.I am a very concerned consumer who works in the hospital and I am aware of the port of transportation that causes illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
