Mcdonalds. Got two cheeseburgers and fries around noon. Havent eaten anything since then. Ive had a very upset stomach since 5pm and have been using the rest room every 20-30min. I also feel like ill vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
