Today. Maybe it wasn't the bar but I think it was. Didn't think to look at the best by date with was in January or February of this year. A few hours after eating it I had diarrhea and vomiting, Still feeling ill.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a bottle of slim fast keto vanilla cream. And as soon as I finished drinking it I started to vomit. It was the only thing I had to drink. I was having it as a meal replacement for my breakfast. I could taste the stale coconut oil when I was bringing up the slimfast  | Symptoms: Vomiting
