Had the regular cheddar mac and cheese by Annie's on 5/12/26. Ate around 10 PM, started throwing up around 12:30 AM and really really bad diarrhea. Throwing up until almost 6 AM.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

I got food poisoning twice in one week after eating ground chicken from Trader Joe's. After I got sick the first time I threw out the package and opened a new one and got sick from that package as well. I had nonstop stomach pain diarrhea vomiting. I bought the salmon sushi yesterday and ate it. At around 7pm i started having stomach cramps and a headache. I was up all night puking and having awful diarrhea till about 10am.
