Ordered pizza and wings. Order was wrong they put on some nasty sausage instead of bacon.
Tasted and smelled like an old gym sock. Has one piece and one “wing” and started living on the toilet with a bowl in front of me.

Monday afternoon i had an assorted sub for lunch. I spent the evening in excruciating pain, with cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Had to go to the hospital to be given anti nausea meds on tuesday. Had two lobster tails, medium rare steak, fries and garlic shrimp. VIOLENT diarrhea started 6 hours from consuming food. this was the only meal i had this day, cant be a coincidence. was awoken from my sleep twice with violent, never ending diarrhea. now dealing with deathly feeling cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
