Ordered on Aug 27 at 7 pm and woke up at 2am with vomiting and diareah, had to stay home from work, still fealing weak and achy muscles and continuing diareah. Haven't seen a doctor as of yet....  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Muscle Pain

I ate one barbacoa taco last night and an hour later I was throwing up every 15 minutes for the next 5 hours until I finally went to the emergency room. The worst food poisoning I've ever experienced I literally thought I was dying  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

17 july 2017 around 8pm I had Clam Chowder, tomatoes and Pita Chips at this location (no food 7 hours prior).
2 hours later I became very sick. I reported this to the Airport (who reported it to Sky Club) and Delta. Haven't heard from them!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
