I ate oven baked basa fillet, peas and coleslaw. Other family members had fries also. 3 of us that ate coleslaw felt rough. My stomach is painful, 2 others had to get up in the night to empty their bowels (tmi, sorry). I've felt horrendous since last night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Stomach Pain

I ate a boneless banquet 2 days ago and since then i have had awful diarrhoea, i’m in agony and i have stomach cramps, a headache and i’m severely dehydrated. everything i eat passes through me minutes after eating it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache

I purchased stuffed mushroom on 31 October, ate one 2 November cooked at correct temperature for a little longer than instructed an hour later a very upset stomach, reported to them and the FSA.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Went with my sisters and 2 of us ordered cappuccino and chocolate cake with pouring cream at around 1.30pm.

Both now feel dreadful and nauseous and my sister has been sick several times since, starting at around 3.00pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other
