6 hours after eating their katsu chicken and roast pork rice bowl, started experiencing diarrhea and nausea. Have not eaten anything else. Should had not eaten considering the rice and meat were less than lukewarm when served.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Cos lettuce 1 person got sick, cos lettuce was eaten last night for dinner, started getting stomach cramps at 2am and vomiting and diarrhoea started at about 4.30am

I ate 2 pieces with some coleslaw the night of the 23rd July and again got nauseous then an hour or so later I got diarrhea. As it was all I had eaten since around 10am on the 22nd July I have to assume it was definitely their chicken or their coleslaw.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
