Ate the Panini at 2 pm, came home by 6 pm and started to experience stomach pain. Started to vomit by midnight till about 3 hours later. Next morning sick in bed. Ate nothing else except for breakfast yesterday. 99% sure it was that Panini, because could already not eat dinner when I came home.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

ate approximately 5 calamari rings at 9:00pm that were from Costco freezer isle.
diarrhea symptons began at approx 11:30 pm and woke up at 2am in a cold sweat following vomiting and more diarrhea through the rest of the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a breakfast sandwich with sausage/egg around 10 am. On my way home from work around 5 PM I had to pull over because I had severe pains/cramps. I felt like I was going to puke. Got home and the pains continued. I threw up and got diarrhea. Pains continuesd through the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate the panini around 5pm on march 7th 2017. Drive home to strathmore (about 50 minutes). I felt sick by the time I got home, took a 45 minute nap. 15 minutes later I vomited and continued to vomit throughout the night as well as watery diarrhea.… See more
