I never eat at McDonalds but it was late and we were busy, I grabbed a chicken Caesar Salad from the drive through, they gave me two side salads cuase they were out of the full size. Ate it right before bed, Woke up with explosive diarrhea… See more

Bought a package of their Hot Italian Sausages, after preparing and cooking up a meal I was sick the next day with stomache pains, diarrhea, nausea and almost to the point of vomiting several times during the evening. Unfortunately not much has changed as I'm still sick… See more
