Amy’s Organic Vegetable and Lentil soup Had the soup at work at 11:45. Started to get stomach pains within the hour. Had to leave work early. Vomited at home numerous times. We order our dinner at the restaurant at around 4pm. They food was delivered via Uber at around 5pm. The only food that had problem was the milkshake. One member of our family had it and she was the the only one having diarrhea at around 630 and nausea since then.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
