I ordered a Big Mac meal around 11AM - 1PM on May 20, 2020. and didn't eat anything the rest of the day as I wasn't hungry. Next morning I woke up with diarrhea and a headache and extreme lost of appetite the entire day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Headache, Loss of Appetite

I ate a steak Bahn mi and woke up on my flight 7hrs later feeling nauseated. I made it until the flight la def a d was then violently ill for the next 3 hours.
