Aug 28th 2019 around 6pm
I had Korean BBQ chicken with Kim hi instead of pineapple and beef bulgogi bao bun.
The next morning at 5am I had bad stomach pain and felt nauseated. I ended up throwing up twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ordered a double cheeseburger, no mustard, no ketchup but extra pickles and added big Mac sauce, large sized the fries and substituted a pop for their pineapple mango smoothie. A few hours later I had severe cramps and now diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
