Duration: 2 hours
Suspected source: Grandpa burger
Additional information: I was eating the burger and my stomach started to turn. It will be my last time at A&W.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

Thinking it was sushi Extreme, violent vomiting. Tore a blood vessel ( hosp diagnosis). 4 days later, still can’t eat and only sips of water. Very weak. If this happens to an elderly person or with a compromised system could be far more serious!!  Can’t remember if Sushi was on ice??  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Weakness

We ate onion rings and chicken Jr sandwiches. I got sick and started vomiting a few hours after eating. He had stomach issues in the morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

4 hours after eating on thursday may 19, 2022, wife and I began to feel nausea. Which led quickly into diarrhea and vomiting. For 9 hours I was puking/diarrhea every 30 mins. She was 5 hours of this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
