Ordered a chicken sandwich with ceaser salad for delivery. Within an hour I had severe abdominal cramping followed by diarrhea which continued throughout the evening and this morning. Just starting to feel better now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I think the pizza made me sick.  I got a medium mushroom, green pepper and pepperoni pizza from this location. Within a hour or two I started feeling really nauseous and had other symptoms of food poisoning. I got the pizza at 5:30pm and it’s now 9:09   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ordered a whopper meal w/ cheese at the drive thru on Feb 27th at 9pm.

Early in the morning around 3am, I felt very unwell and was unable to sleep.
