Eating ground hamburger. Just myself and I ate 2  buns with hamburger in and that was around 9:30 and by 12:30 I felt like I was going to die. I had the sh*ts and I was throwing up and rolling around in pain in the bathroom till about 4  4:30.  I still feel very weak today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I purchased Kale, Sweet Potatoes, a cooked Roasted Chicken, hummus, broccoli, and black forest ham, and food prepped for the week on Sunday. I ate almost a bit of everything, and by Tuesday evening I had severe cramping and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
