I bought a lucky charms cereal and it came out with mushrooms but they couldn't be seen until half the bag and they didn't smell bad (mind I noticed the same day I bought them) but now I'm super sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

I went to buy a package of chicken fajitas and it brought a can of sprite. After taking it, I got nauseous and began to have symptoms such as a cut body and chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills, Body Ache

Had the salad with blue cheese and shrimp. Developed stomach issues shortly after eating that progressed into severe diarrhea and vomiting. No one else had this meal and I was the only one to get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
