A family of 23 of us were out there, and 4 of us got sick while at the restort of the same symptoms, and 6 of us go sick when we got home. We arrived on a Saturday and on Monday , we all had like a 24 hour stomach flu. It was bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

We had a destination wedding and had over 100 guests attend the resort. About 50 of our guests were terribly ill once they returned home. It seemed like it was a case of E Coli. Got violently ill with fever. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Paramedic and doctor from resort came to iv me. Legs felt like jello, very disorientef and weakness the rest of the week. Took 2 weeks after we came back to the good ole USA to finally get better. Ate salad and fruit while in there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Not sure what or how because out of 26 of all have had these symptoms and yet we all ate at different restaurants. A common factor was the pool we all were in.
