meal, possibly the zinger wings but, definitely the meal itself I was the only one who ate it, within hours I had severe stomach ache, diarrhea then started and then the vomiting, 2 days later, still have diarrhea and intense stomach ache. I ate a Mediterranean pizza on the 12th of January 2021 for my daughters birthday. My husband, daughter and I all got sick. My daughter started vomiting about 5 hours later and my husband and I the next morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
