Cheese Raviolis with Meat sauce, We ordered To Go and got our meals a lot earlier than they told us it would be ready. Got home and enjoyed the food. Nothing was different, the flavors and quality was great. Then about 45 minutes after I started feeling chills, felt like I was going to  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills

My meal from Panda Express, I ate my meal which was a combo of orange chicken, and half fried rice, half chowmain with a bit of soy sauce.
