Store in my area I notice it earlier this month when i ordered before but i thought it was nothing until i orders again but something different and the same results happened. Are here on 4/9 sick as a dog nearly 24 hours later. I had mostly nausea and vomiting along with dizzy spells. Could have just been a bad stomach bug but with all this place has been through i’m not so sure.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I purchased a number 4 meal at around 730 pm. I got home and finished the meal at around 8:20pm. At 2am I awoke with stomach pain and a urge to defecate.
