ate the steak roll, only thing is eaten in a few days, got home about an hour later desperate for the loo, when I went to toilet I got nausea sweating and projectile vomiting. I could taste Greggs the whole time. dirty  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Gluten-free BBQ chicken pizza. About 6 hours later, I felt really nauseous and was then violently sick. I was sick about 10 times in total the next day and also had diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a tuna cheese sub, toasted, on hearty Italian bread at 14:45 yesterday. The symptoms started at 20:30 ish. I also gave my dog a little and he threw up twice this morning, could just be a coincidence though.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the product at approximately 11.30 18/11/17.became I'll at around 20.00. Shortly after 22.00 began vomiting, this occurred on two more occasions throughout the night, combined with diorea, sweating, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
