Me and my husband got some lunch at around 11:30am this morning from McDonald’s in the Shepherd’s Bush Westfield branch in London. Both a cheeseburger and fries. In the afternoon we both started getting sick with vomitting and diarrhoea as well as chills and now in the evening not getting any better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Asked for the festive bake and server said "it's cold are you sure?" I said nevermind I will take the sausage and bean cheese melt and asked if that was warm and was told yes. It was Tepid likely reheated and now I am suffering on Christmas eve.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
