Food poisoning from eating a Bells Steak Bake. Experienced severe sickness and diarrhea, lasting 3 hours. It was the only thing eaten that could have caused the poisoning.

I’ve felt intense symptoms since Thursday morning, meant that I’ve had to take time off from my PhD studies which is detrimental as I am close to my hand in date.
