I bought the peri peri chicken wrap at 12.30pm. About 1.30pm I had diharea and vomiting. I had to lay down because of the fever. After struggling to sleep for 2 hours I managed to sleep. I woke up at 1am and felt better. I think because of what I went through the bad food exited my body.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a big Mac meal with chips and coke from MacDonalds in shirley at around 8pm went to bed at 10pm woke with gripping belly pain at 4.30am to which I was sick the MacDonalds wasn't digested so all that came up I also nearly choked… See more
