expensive and always gives me a bad belly! wish there was alternative. The chicken rice is always suspect. Bad sanitary inside the store, staff do not use gloves and are regularly handling food and touching phones.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ordered a large McCrispy meal at 0019, I developed a headache and abdominal pain. I fell asleep felling very unwell and awake at 0430ish with simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. This continued until 1400.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I had it 11pm on the 29th October, I woke up on the 30th October at 8am feeling sick. It got worse until I had to leave work at 5pm and was throwing up, had diarrhoea, sweating, sever cramps, can’t keep anything down, headaches. I am still the same and it hasn’t improved it is 1:30am on the 31st  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Sweating
