A Big Tasty meal and Chicken wrap Happy Meal  I ate Big Tasty meal and my son’s Happy Meal chicken wrap, because he was not hungry and refused, at 4pm. My symptoms started at 8:30pm. Nausea, vomit and later diarrhea. It’s 2am now and I keep going to the bathroom every hour with same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Costa coffee self-service machine I drank a flat white coffee at about 10am on 24/1/10. I started to get severe stomach cramps by 2pm. I had diarrhoea by 5pm which continued through the night and all the following day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

i ate the family feast, i started to feel bloated and large pain in my stomach at 3 am 3 hours after i ate, i felted nausiated and at 5 am I vomited 4 times and felt like my stomach was on fire, still suffer from it and it is now 4:24 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Bloating, Stomach Pain
