3 adults 1 child, Saturday november 13, 2021, Chicken Ate at or about 6 pm, child began showing signs by vomit...his mother latter, my wife became vilolently ill a 3 am saturday and continued in that fashon fo hours, she at this moment continues to suffer dry heaves (8:18 pm sat ) I have beenn  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My original order had been canceled after 30 minutes of waiting for Door dash, so I drove to the location. As an apology they gave me a free cheese pizza, but after eating 2 slices a few hours later I discovered I had food poisoning from that pizza.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
