Ate a deluxe chicken meal, first meal of the day on Tuesday 2/23. Had bad diarrhea shortly after that lasted all night. Had bad chest pain (only when lying down or breathing deeply) for about 3 days. Also dealt with what felt like trapped gas and anxiety.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Gas, Chest Pain

I ate one doritos locos taco with beef. Within half an hour later, I was sitting on the toilet while vomiting in a trash can, complete misery. After that went on for about 6+ hours, I finally went to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
