I ate 3 regular crunchy tacos at approximately 5:30 pm, only thing I ate all day. By 90 minutes later nauseous, by 11:30 pm I was violently vomiting, followed by fever, ache, chills and diarrhea.Still having issues and still in bed 48 hours later. Within 6 hours if eating a whopper with bacon and cheese I was vomiting with severe nausea. Followed by headache due to not being able to keep water or food down. That was the only change in my diet since I worked a double that day- was the sole reason for eating fast food. Date was 9-28-2019  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
