11-15-2017 I ordered the 12" Cold Cut Combo, with Provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, pickles, mustard and mayo. I ate half my sandwich and got diarrhea about 5 hrs later. My husband ate the rest of my sandwich the next day and got sick as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I hadn't eaten anything all day and got a cheeseburger deluxe at 4pm. I had dinner several hours later and started feeling bad immediately. I threw everything up including the burger from earlier. From there the pain really kicked in...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
