Got chicken burrito, black beans, brown rice, hot salsa, cheese, sour cream - the usual- my stomach was making loud sounds, 4 hrs later got diarrhea, felt nauseous and for the last 4 hrs I've been going to the restroom non stop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Burrito bowl with steak, cheese and lettuce with rice and sour cream. Within 24 hours I had severe abdominal pains, vomiting and diarrhea. Dr sent me ER. Very dehydrated and diagnosis was bacterial food poisoning. Pains are still present 5 days strong and can take up to 14 to fully end.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
