Usually these folks give me a fortune cookie for dessert, but this time they gave me food poisoning. Never had a problem before, but I don't think I'll ever be able to eat here again. Meals aren't supposed to travel in 2 directions in a few hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

It was to spicy mcchickens as lettuce wraps. I have been having diarrhea for a whole day since. This has happened to me several times before from eating spicy mcchickens. I am done eating McDonalds and will never go back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
